🚚 Shipping

Q1: How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the US. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Q2: How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Shipping fees for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Q3: Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!

📦 Orders & Tracking

Q4: How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Q5: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, please contact us at furlibrary@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at furlibrary@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Q7: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at furlibrary@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
