Thank you for shopping with FurLibrary! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another when it ships.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

At this time, FurLibrary only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we're working on it! Check back soon.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at furlibrary@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
